1. Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Because Riyadh Prints specializes in custom-printed products, most items are made to order based on your specific design, dimensions, and specifications. As a result, the following conditions apply to all returns and refunds.

2. Custom and Printed Products

Since the majority of our products are custom-made, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Custom business cards, flyers, brochures, and leaflets printed with your design.
• Custom banners, roll-up stands, posters, and signage produced to your specifications.
• Custom apparel (t-shirts, caps, etc.) printed with personalized designs or logos.
• Custom packaging, boxes, and labels manufactured to your order.
• Custom paper wristbands, stickers, stamps, and promotional items.
• Any product that has been produced based on a design file approved by you.

Important: Once you approve your design for printing and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. Please review all proofs and design files carefully before giving your approval.

3. Eligible Returns

A return or replacement may be accepted in the following situations:

• The printed product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., misprints, smudging, color errors caused by our equipment).
• The wrong product or quantity was delivered.
• The product was damaged during shipping or delivery.
• The product specifications (size, paper type, finishing) do not match what was confirmed in your order.

To be eligible for a return, you must:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Provide photographic evidence of the defect, damage, or error.
• Retain the item in its delivered condition — do not discard or alter the product.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

• Any custom-printed product that was produced correctly according to your approved design.
• Products with errors originating from the customer’s uploaded design file (such as typos, low-resolution images, or incorrect information).
• Products that have been used, distributed, or altered after delivery.
• Gift cards or digital products.
• Orders where the customer approved a proof containing an error.

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or report an issue with your order:

2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem.
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
4. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Please do not send any items back without first contacting us and receiving return approval.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification via email or WhatsApp confirming receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Refund options may include:

• Full refund to your original payment method (for defects or errors on our part).
• Reprint of the order at no additional cost (preferred option for manufacturing defects).
• Partial refund or store credit, depending on the nature of the issue.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:

• First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.
• Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
• If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@riyadhprints.com.

8. Sale and Discounted Items

Items purchased at a discounted or promotional price are eligible for refund or replacement only if they arrive with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage. Sale items are not refundable for change of mind.

9. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@riyadhprints.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

10. Design Approval Responsibility

Riyadh Prints provides design proofs for customer review before production begins. By approving a design proof, you confirm that:

• All text, spelling, and information in the design are correct.
• Colors, layout, and dimensions meet your expectations.
• The design file is final and ready for production.

We are not responsible for errors in the final printed product that were present in the customer-approved design. Please review all proofs thoroughly before approval.

11. Shipping for Returns

If a return is approved due to a defect or error on our part, Riyadh Prints will cover the return shipping cost or arrange for pickup within Riyadh.

If the return is for any other reason (where applicable), you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Riyadh Prints is not responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit.

12. Bulk and Corporate Orders

For bulk or corporate orders, please discuss return and refund terms with our team before placing your order. Special terms may apply based on the size and nature of the order. All bulk orders require written design approval before production.

13. Cancellation Policy

• Before design approval: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund.
• After design approval but before production: Orders may be cancelled with a partial refund (design and setup fees may be deducted).
• After production has started: Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
